A full electrical refresh of the lobby and amenity spaces at a Humber Bay condominium. AMPS handled new lighting layouts across the lobby, lounge, and fitness areas — including layered ambient, accent, and feature lighting on dimming controls — plus dedicated circuits for the amenity equipment and updated emergency lighting to code. Work was scheduled around resident traffic and building access rules to keep disruption to a minimum.
